Zero Asset Access: The client agrees never to share, reveal, or transmit live cryptographic private keys, seed phrases, or production passwords to our instructors. All training is performed exclusively using dummy test seeds in air-gapped environments.
Client Responsibility: The implementation of any key management architecture, hardware wallet configuration, or multi-signature quorum remains the sole responsibility of the client’s internal engineering team.
Scope Delivery: The Company delivers workshop sessions, custom runbooks, and Q&A support as described in the agreed engagement proposal.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dime Key Security & Education Co., Ltd., its directors, researchers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our educational publications;

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual engagements entered into with the Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
